As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE®) who has directed sensitive corporate asset tracking, counter-fraud operations, and high-consequence risk negotiations, Mr. Rahman views risk management through a strategic lens — helping TargetScope build dynamic crisis management frameworks and capacity programmes that fit seamlessly into international standards.
